FM 250 Vital Legs: Say goodbye to tired and heavy legs
A long day of being on your feet, running or doing other sport can lead to pains and swelling in your lower legs, calves and feet. The Beurer FM 250 Vital Legs EMS circulation stimulator soothes muscle tension, gets you back on your feet and promotes circulation using revitalising electrostimulation. This is the perfect remedy for tired and heavy legs and helps put the spring back in your step in no time.
FM 250 Vital Legs – relaxation and regeneration
Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is an extremely common method of regeneration and is mainly used in sport and rehabilitation medicine. The FM 250 Vital Legs is a medical device for foot massages at home, which electrically stimulates the muscle tissue in your foot and lower leg. The principle is based on the imitation of impulses in our bodies, which are transferred through the skin to nerve and muscle fibres via electrodes. Strained muscles are given stronger circulation and tired, heavy legs are effectively revitalised. The device has two electrode pads for each foot and one electrode in each of the thigh cuffs. The electrical impulses are safe and practically painless – all you can feel when using it is a gentle tickling.
The FM 250 Vital Legs also features a step function. This means you can tilt your feet forwards and backwards while using the device. This additional movement promotes circulation and helps to reduce swelling even more effectively. The device can easily be operated remotely. Using the timer function, the user can select the duration of use from 5 to 90 minutes in 5-minute intervals as needed. There is a pre-set programme with 15 pulse wave variations, and the level of intensity can be programmed separately for each foot from 1 to 99. To stimulate the lower legs at the same time, the two cuffs provided can be placed on the calves.
