IFA 2019: Never get dehydrated with the DM 20 Hydration manager
A healthy adult should drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day. It is advisable to drink small rather than large amounts, as the body can only absorb a certain amount of water. The rest is excreted. With the new DM 20 Hydration manager, Beurer helps you to improve your hydration pattern and assists with your daily intake of fluids. The company will be presenting this innovative new product, which can help promote everyday health, at the IFA in Berlin.
The DM 20 Hydration manager is ideal for measuring, analysing and improving daily fluid intake. Both at home and when on the move, the hydration manager will remind you when it's time to drink water again by means of a colour LED display, and whether you are within or outside of your daily water requirement range.
The "beurer HealthManager app" allows you to set your own personal hydration target and, at the same time, view your current and previous hydration patterns. You can use the device with various containers. You just place them on the DM 20 and the quantity of liquid drunk is calculated automatically. You can also manually add the amount you have drunk via the app. Furthermore, the user has the option to create their own hydration diary and to define the unit of volume. Overall, up to five hydration plans can be stored at the same time. To ensure that there are no gaps in your data, the values from the device can be saved for up to 14 days before they have to be synced with the app.
Beurer is presenting new products across all product areas at the IFA 2019. All of the highlights will be on show at Beurer's booth from 6 to 11 September 2019 in hall 4.1, booth 212.
