Beurer once again named a Top Company for 2024
kununu, a major employer ratings platform in German-speaking countries, has once again awarded Beurer its Top Company seal for 2024. The seal honours companies that have high levels of employee satisfaction based on independent ratings submitted by the employees on the platform. This means that the Ulm-based health specialist offers one of the best working environments in Germany. Only very few companies overall – just under five percent – are awarded the title of Top Company every year.
"We congratulate Beurer on receiving the Top Company seal for 2024," says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. "The award is presented to employers that are rated particularly highly on kununu. This is a very select group as only about five percent of companies meet the qualification criteria. Employers that receive the seal not only set themselves apart by recognising and appreciating their staff, they also send a strong signal to talented people who are looking for the right company to join," continues Zimmermann.
A study by the market research company YouGov from September 2022 stated that 45 percent of all talented potential employees consider the seal to be relevant or very relevant when choosing which jobs to apply for.
Appreciating staff is a cornerstone of Beurer's approach
Isnije Veli, Team Leader for Recruiting & Personnel Development at Beurer, is also particularly proud of the award and sees it as confirmation of the corporate culture at the Ulm-based health specialist.
"The award shows that we're on the right track. At Beurer, the focus is on people and their needs," says Veli. "I'm particularly proud of the positive feedback from our employees. It lays the best foundation for continued long-term cooperation and, of course, for attracting new employees."
