German Health Award for Beurer

As last year, Beurer GmbH is once again among the winners of the 2024 German Health Awards. The Ulm-based health specialist is delighted to have been recognised in two categories: "Digital heart centres & mobile ECG" and "Blood pressure and pulse measuring devices – brand apps".

As an initiative by news channel ntv and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), the awards are intended to increase transparency in the health sector. Awards are assessed and given based on customer satisfaction, and serve to show which healthcare sector providers are taking the lead.

553 companies were evaluated; 501 candidates received at least 80 votes to qualify for individual assessment. The results are based on voting by more than 45,000 respondents. The survey was designed to be representative of the population and was conducted via an online panel. It focussed on customer satisfaction in respect of healthcare sector providers, in areas such as value for money, product offering and customer service, with a number of sub-aspects also considered. Consumers' likelihood of recommending was also factored into the overall result.
